Quick opening bag filter is a kind of convenient operation, design a new type of
bag filters.It has reasonable structure, good sealing, high pressure resistance,
good appearance and a series of advantages.
The main components of quick opening bag filter are upturning top cap, spring
gravity balance device, the handwheel shake tight device, stainless steel elastic
clamp, lift and pull screw rod, filter cylinder body and internal filter bag, filter basket,
etc.
Design advantage：
1.Use stainless steel elastic hoop instead of traditional eyebolt pressure device,
the filter head switch time reduced to less than half a minute,than ordinary bag
machine saves 30-50 times the operation time ,greatly improving the work
efficiency.
2.The biggest pressure can reach 1.2Mpa,the design pressure value more than
20％ higher than similar products.
3.Spring gravity balance device replace the tradition manual rocker arm,just a
finger can raise the proof and knock down.
4.Roof opening Angle105 ℃,head down after locking device.Reasonable design
make filter won't produce side turn,dumping or roof after let go of not button on
the phenomenon.
5.Each filter bag has designed separate locking device, ensure good seal between
the filter bag and filter
6.If the built-in floating ball can change the filter bag more healthy, built-in magnetic bar
can adsorb metal particles.
7.It’s suitable for the working conditions of frequently change the filter bag
